What does my named writer actually do?+
They write one fully-completed proposal for you each month — discovery call, solicitation analysis, drafting every section, two QA rounds, submission support. You choose which opportunity each month.
Can I cancel anytime?+
After the 3-month minimum term, yes — one month notice. You keep access to the GovCon software for the remainder of the paid period.
What if I have more than one proposal in a month?+
Overflow proposals are charged at our standard one-off rate ($1,995/proposal). Most clients on Business have a single high-value proposal per month plus self-served proposals via the software.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. All card details are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) — we never see or store your card number. You only confirm payment on the next screen.
