Who we are
GovCon is AI proposal-writing software for businesses competing for U.S. federal government contracts. It's built and operated by eSourcing Data Ltd — the same team behind WinAContract, the free U.S. federal contract opportunity search engine.
We're a small, focused product team, and we'll be straight with you: GovCon is newly launched. We'd rather earn your trust with a product that does exactly what we say than dress it up with things that aren't true yet. So you won't find invented customer counts, borrowed logos, anonymous “testimonials,” or certifications we don't hold anywhere on this site.
What we do have is a clear job to do: help American contractors find the right opportunities, write better proposals in a fraction of the time, and keep every contract vehicle and deadline on track — without a sales gate or an enterprise price tag.

GovCon is built for U.S. federal contracting, and we run it that way. Your account, proposals, and uploaded documents are stored in U.S.-based infrastructure — we do not move customer data offshore. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, scoped to your organization, and backed up daily.
