GovCon is built and operated by eSourcing Data Ltd, which has built a connected procurement-technology ecosystem for the whole contract-winning journey — from finding opportunities to submitting proposals. In the UK that ecosystem spans three products, covering both sides of the market: the buyers who run procurements and the suppliers who compete to win them.
For suppliers, we built the two things GovCon now does for U.S. federal contractors — help businesses find the right opportunities and write winning proposals faster — designed for SMEs without a dedicated bid team, capture manager or proposal department. The aim was to replace the five-to-seven disconnected tools a small team usually juggles — spreadsheets, tender portals, shared drives, inbox alerts, a CRM and folders of old documents — with one structured workflow. Why U.S. federal contracting
The U.S. federal government is the largest buyer on earth — and the businesses competing for that work face the same two problems UK suppliers do: there's too much to track to find the right opportunities, and writing a compliant, competitive proposal takes far too long. Between them, UK and U.S. public procurement runs to hundreds of billions a year — two of the biggest English-speaking markets there are, with the same problems to solve.

GovCon is built for U.S. federal contracting, and we run it that way. Your account, proposals, and uploaded documents are stored in U.S.-based infrastructure — we do not move customer data offshore. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, scoped to your organization, and backed up daily.
